1. How does ACM work?
The great thing about ACM is it neatly compliments any existing tools or systems you have. It uses the information already held by Medicare, all we need is permission to access your data using a standard Medicare login.
2. Can anybody use ACM?
Yes, as long as you are currently using online claiming or B2B you will be up and running in around 24 hours.
3. How can I use ACM?
The best way to view the information is using an iPad/iPad 2. The configuration is as simple as downloading the MicroStrategy free app from the App Store and clicking on a link!
If you don’t have access to an iPad you can still view the dashboards using a standard Internet Browser.
4. How much does ACM cost?
Many savvy Aged Care Providers are in the fortunate position to have a team of skilled analysts to prepare data and help identify insights to ensure they are on top of ACFI funding. ACM brings these insights to every organisation reliably, regularly and securely. Considering just one could cost around $100k a year you would expect ACM to cost an equivalent amount.
The good news is it doesn’t! You can be up and running from as little as $1,000 per month for your first 100 beds.
5. Can I have as many users accessing the information as I want?
Yes! ACM is too good not to share, our pricing is based on beds and not the number of users. If you want more, just ask!
6. Do all users need an iPad?
All users have the choice of accessing ACM via an iPad or the website so it’s not essential. If you are accessing ACM via the website, your browser must be Flash enabled.
7. Can I use the application on other mobile devices?
No, security of the Medicare information is non-negotiable. Through the use of the MicroStrategy application and the iPad we can ensure the data is secure and encrypted and therefore is only available in this configuration. However, it is possible to use the web based reporting using the internet browser on your mobile device.
8. Is the information secure?
Yes, we use a fully redundant Tier 3 datacentre in Canberra to store the data. ACM is built on the MicroStrategy Reporting platform that uses AES-256 encryption from the datacentre right to the iPad.
For the non-techies this means your data is password protected and only available to the users that you grant approval.
