Mirus Australia has developed an Aged Care Operating Model, which we use as the basis of measuring a facility’s relative performance.

• The operating model consists of a facility’s strategy, revenue, costs, residents, technology, staff and the ability to support accreditation standards. 

• This will allow an aged care provider to set targets for better practice to help in achieving the organisations’ goals and operating targets.
