Amanda Terranova – Director of Marketing & Brand

Amanda supports the growth and retention of the Mirus Brand in the aged care industry marketplace. Within the Mirus Australia team, Amanda supports the Marketing and Communication strategies and tactical plans of aged providers via Mirus Marketing.

Amanda joined the aged care sector, after returning to Australia from living and working in New York.  Previously, she worked for WPP, a global media, and advertising company, working directly with clients like Dell Computers, Proctor, and Gamble, Saks 5th Avenue, GlaxoKlineSmith, and ATT.

Prior to rejoining Mirus Australia, Amanda developed the marketing strategy and implementation plan for an aged care education provider in Australia, United Kingdom, Ireland, and New Zealand. Amanda was a Non-Executive Director of the Seniors Rights Service and a current Non-Executive Director of Global Anaphylaxis and Inclusivity and Awareness.

Amanda enjoys reading and spending time in nature, recharging and finding new and inspiring ideas in the world around her. Amanda has walked the Camino de Santiago in Spain, self-published a book and she can often be found surfing the net for travel destinations in her downtime. Amanda and Samantha Bowen from Acorn Network are the co-creators of #Celebratingwomeninagedcare
