Know what your care minutes are costing you

Care minutes are no longer only a compliance number. For metropolitan homes, they now set part of the funding you receive through the care minutes supplement, and your residents’ AN-ACC classes set the targets you have to meet. Deliver below target and you lose supplement. Deliver well above it and you are funding care the supplement does not cover.
