Care Minute Manager is software that helps Australian residential aged care providers track, plan and report care minutes against their funded targets. It converts rostering and timesheet data into a daily view of total care minutes and registered nurse minutes for every site, so teams can see under- or over-delivery while there is still time to adjust the roster.
Most providers only see their care minute position after the quarter closes, when it is too late to fix. Tracking delivered minutes against target every day shows where a site is under-delivering, which puts compliance and funding at risk, or over-delivering, which adds unfunded cost. Care Minute Manager gives that daily view and lets teams model rosters against AN-ACC classes and budgets before committing to them.
Care Minute Manager takes in roster and time-and-attendance data automatically, through an API connection to your existing rostering platform or a batch file upload.
