Leadership, tools and support for the Strengthened Standards and new Aged Care Act

The new Aged Care Act will now commence on 1 November 2025, as announced by the Albanese Government—giving providers a critical window to prepare. While this extension offers more time, it also brings higher expectations for being reform-ready. Now is the time to act. Equip your teams, strengthen your systems, and build the confidence to navigate what’s ahead.

Our recent sector poll revealed that 79% of aged care providers feel only somewhat prepared for the transition. While the reforms are widely recognised as necessary, the scale and complexity—particularly across compliance, workforce, and operational integration—mean many organisations are still seeking clarity and practical solutions.

This session goes beyond the ‘what’ of the reforms to focus on the ‘how’. We’ll share practical tools, leadership frameworks and real-world examples to help providers take meaningful steps forward—faster.

This webinar provides you with a clearer path forward—turning “somewhat prepared” into confident and proactive.

You’ll gain:

  • Actionable tools to support reform implementation at the operational level
  • Insights into leadership and change management frameworks
  • A look at how high-performing providers are navigating the reform roadmap
  • Practical next steps for workforce, compliance, and funding integration
  • An introduction to the Reforms Transition Support Service.
