Revenue
In November, the industry Average Daily Subsidy (ADS) fell slightly to $297.23, a -$0.29 decrease from October. Voluntary claiming picked up slightly, with MMM2 and MMM3 facility types experiencing an increase of 0.72%, reaching 5.03% over the November period.
Occupancy
Occupied bed days continued their upward trajectory, reaching 89.26% in November. Short-term stays under 6 months increased by 0.68% from October to 23.23%, a typical trend for this time of year.
Workforce management
Total direct care minutes worked declined by -1.93% to 211.60 minutes, falling below the 215-minute national average. RN minutes also decreased by -2.30% from October to November, reaching 43.24 minutes, just under the 44-minute national average.
