Total care time still falling short despite increase in RN time

Revenue
In February, the industry Average Daily Subsidy (ADS) decreased slightly to $297.90, down by -0.18% from January. Voluntary claiming rose to 4.19%, while reassessment wait times grew from 22.11 days in January to 27.81 days in February—a 25.74% increase.
Occupancy
Occupied bed days continued to grow, with industry-wide occupancy increasing to 91.35% in February. However, new permanent admissions declined sharply by -18.16%.
Workforce management
Total direct care minutes increased slightly to 208.54 minutes per resident per day, though still below the desired 215-minute requirement. RN minutes rose by 1.48% to 43.96 minutes, falling just short of the required 44-minute benchmark.
