The Industry’s Average Daily Subsidy for permanent residents increased by $.54 to $221.25. The average for permanent residents was $219.46 over the November Period. AN-ACC reclassifications dropped over the November period to only 2.24% of consumers being assessed, which is the lowest point over the past year.

Occupancy (starts at 03:04)

Occupancy levels continued their positive trend upwards increasing to 86.8% through the November period.  Watch the video to see our report on the sectors segmented facility types.

Workforce management (starts at 03:18)

The stand out for the month was a jump of 23.% of Allied health time per minute of 3.15 minutes per resident per day.
