Ben Sturzaker is General Manager, Product at Mirus Australia. He leads product development across the MirusPlus platform, overseeing engineering, QA and UX design teams while contributing to the company’s strategy and future direction.
Ben brings more than 20 years of experience in the Australian aged care technology sector. His background spans product ownership, software development, finance, client success and people leadership, giving him a broad end-to-end understanding of how aged care technology businesses operate.
His experience across both the technical and clinical sides of aged care software allows him to bridge what operators actually need with what gets built. That ability to connect product strategy with real operational requirements has been a consistent thread across his work in product leadership, team leadership and client engagement.
Ben joined Mirus Australia following the merger with Management Advantage, where he served as General Manager. At Mirus Australia he leads the product function for MirusPlus while also overseeing key operational areas including client success and support operations, finance leadership and cross-functional process improvement.
