Chris Lyons is Co-Head of Client Success at Mirus Australia, where he leads the client success team and works closely with aged care providers across the country to improve funding outcomes, compliance and day-to-day operations. Starting in the sector at the same time AN-ACC was introduced, Chris has built deep practical experience helping organisations understand what the reforms mean in reality and how to respond in a way that is both sustainable and measurable.
Chris is a subject matter expert in care minutes, AN-ACC funding and residential aged care performance. He is known for taking complex data and turning it into clear, usable direction for executives, facility managers and clinical leaders. By leveraging the MirusPlus platform, he supports providers to move from retrospective reporting to real-time visibility of their position so they can make confident decisions about workforce, compliance and financial performance.
His work focuses on building simple repeatable processes that teams can actually use. That includes care minute monitoring, funding optimisation, operational and workforce reviews and helping organisations align their clinical, operational and finance functions. Chris works side by side with providers to lift internal capability, strengthen governance and put the right structures in place to manage reform with confidence.
