Hengki Widjaja

Hengki Widjaja is Chief Operating Officer and Head of Workforce & Home Care Solutions at Mirus Australia, and a member of the executive team. He oversees operations across the business and leads the workforce and home care practice, working with providers to shape technology strategy and implement solutions that improve scheduling efficiency, workforce visibility and care coordination.

Hengki brings more than two decades of experience as an IT executive, technology entrepreneur and solutions architect, designing and implementing enterprise software across home care, NDIS, community services and government. He is CEO and Co-founder of DayspringCare, where he leads the design and delivery of SaaS and mobile applications for home care and NDIS providers, giving him a practical understanding of what providers need from the systems they rely on every day.

Earlier in his career, Hengki led the delivery of complex compliance and enforcement platforms for federal and state government regulatory agencies, contributing to national and state reform projects alongside bodies navigating major policy transitions. That work built both his commercial acumen and his ability to earn the trust of senior decision-makers, securing and sustaining long-term contracts across multiple jurisdictions.

Hengki routinely partners with CEOs, executive teams and boards to translate complex technology roadmaps into strategic commercial decisions, helping large organisations balance competing priorities and operate more efficiently. He holds a Master of Computer Science from the University of Wollongong.
