Tyler Fisher

Tyler (Ty) is an experienced data scientist and product leader with more than a decade of experience building data-driven SaaS products and analytical models. His background spans BI engineering, healthcare analytics and cross-functional product ownership. Ty routinely works with executives and boards to translate data into strategic decisions, incorporating forecasting, trend analysis and risk modelling into clear actionable recommendations.

At Mirus Australia, Ty architected and delivered two SaaS platforms now used across roughly one-third of the Australian aged care sector. These solutions integrate diverse datasets and embedded BI technologies to provide predictive analytics, benchmarking capabilities and real-time operational workflows. Ty developed the analytical models, data pipelines and dashboard frameworks that power these products while also managing sprint planning, stakeholder alignment and cross-functional development teams across several countries.

Ty previously worked for NSW Health managing Medicare revenue and patient data at Sydney Hospital, the oldest hospital in Australia dating back to 1788. Prior to that Ty lived in Seattle, Washington and worked for the University of Washington medical system — one of the largest and most research-intensive academic medical centres in the United States.
