Last updated: 11 June 2026
What is this update about?
Recent public notices relate to legacy entities that formed part of Mirus’ earlier ownership and corporate arrangements.
These entities are now subject to a formal external legal process in accordance with Australian corporate law.
They are separate from the business that delivers your services today, which continues to operate independently.
Is Mirus still operating?
Yes.
The operating business continues as normal. Your services, support, contracts and the team you work with are unchanged.
Are my services or contracts affected?
No. There is no change to your contracts, service delivery or support arrangements as a result of this matter. Your existing arrangements with Mirus Australia remain in place.
Do I need to do anything?
No. You do not need to change any contracts, systems or processes. If anything were to change in future, we would tell you directly.
What are the legacy entities?
They are earlier corporate structures that existed under previous ownership and operating arrangements. They are now being managed through a formal process that is separate from the current trading business.
What does this mean for the business I work with day to day?
The operating business continues to trade and remains focused on supporting customers and investing in our products and services. The external process relates to the legacy entities and does not change the services you rely on.
Why are there public notices?
Public notices are a standard requirement under Australian law when certain processes are undertaken for corporate entities.
These notices relate only to legacy entities.
Who do I contact if I have questions?
