AN-ACC rewards the teams who understand it

AN-ACC arrived in October 2022 and most teams learned it while running it. Four years on, the model has moved underneath them. Care minutes now set funding through the supplement, classifications drift as residents change, and the people making these calls every week are often still working from what they picked up at the time.

These courses take your team through AN-ACC as it works today. The funding mechanics and where the money actually comes from, the assessment tool and how a classification is reached, the reassessment and appeals process, and what each of those decisions does to your roster and your care minute position. Live, online, with your own questions in the room.

Your team leaves able to forecast a resident's AN-ACC classification, judge when to seek a reassessment, and see what either decision means for funding and rostering before they make it.
