Co-Head of Client Success
Chloe Golding is Co-Head of Client Success at Mirus Australia and a subject matter expert in the workforce management solution, Works. She has been with Mirus Australia for since 2020, starting in the Product Specialist team before becoming the organisation’s first Client Success Manager. In this role, Chloe helped establish the foundation for client success across the business, which has grown into a dedicated Client Success team that she now co-leads alongside Chris.
Day-to-day, Chloe works closely with clients, acting as their voice within Mirus Australia to influence product improvements and ensure the solution meets their operational needs. She is passionate about understanding client workflows, solving challenges collaboratively and helping organisations get the most value from MirusPlus solutions.
Chloe’s experience spans guiding organisations in the aged care sector through workforce management challenges, optimising rostering processes and supporting seamless payroll and compliance integrations. She is focused on helping clients achieve real outcomes while continuously improving the product based on practical real-world feedback from frontline care teams and operational managers.
She is also committed to fostering a culture of collaboration and support within her team and championing a client-first approach across Mirus Australia. With her deep product knowledge and hands-on experience, Chloe ensures clients not only get up and running with MirusPlus smoothly but continue to derive real value from the solution as their needs evolve.
