Mirus Australia and DayspringCare form strategic partnership

Bringing together residential funding and compliance expertise with home care, NDIS and disability capability.

In-home aged care grew 26 per cent in the year to March 2026, and providers are increasingly asked to work across settings that were never designed to operate the same way.

We have formed a strategic partnership with DayspringCare.

Mirus Australia works with residential aged care providers on funding, care minutes and workforce, and is backed by more than 30 years of sector experience. It brings together systems, data and people to help providers return time to care.

DayspringCare has built a platform that home care, NDIS and disability providers choose for its simplicity and its depth in rostering, scheduling, payroll and claiming.

Neither of us could have built what the other has.

Under the partnership, we refer opportunities to each other, we work together where a provider needs both, and DayspringCare's product team is working alongside ours on Mirus technology development.

For providers, it means a simpler conversation. If you are a residential organisation extending into Support at Home, we can bring you software built for it rather than adapted to it. If you are a home care or disability provider growing in scale, you can reach funding and compliance expertise that is hard to build in-house and harder still to justify hiring for.

Leading this work at Mirus is Hengki Widjaja, our Head of Workforce and Home Care Solutions. Hengki is also Chief Executive of DayspringCare and has spent his career building software for the people doing the work on the ground. His focus at Mirus is workforce and home care capability, and how the two connect for providers running both.

The sector is asking providers to do more, across more settings, with tighter margins and more scrutiny. We think the answer is fewer gaps between the people who support them.
