In July, the industry’s Average Daily Subsidy (ADS) decreased by -0.18 cents to $300.71. Total claiming activity declined by -0.44% to 7.07%. Meanwhile, the average wait time from request to reassessment improved, falling from 24.27 days in June to 21 days in July.
Occupancy
Workforce management
Total direct care time surpassed the national target of 215 minutes in July, reaching 220.47 minutes of care per resident per day. Registered Nurse (RN) minutes rose by 6.99% to 46.83 minutes.
