Stephen Rowan​

Manager, Revenue Management​

Stephen joined Mirus in 2013 and is an engaging facilitator with extensive knowledge across the industry.​

He has over nine years of experience in the Aged Care sector helping organisations with funding and revenue sustainability, optimisation, admissions, workforce, quality and risk. Previously he worked in rehabilitating older Australians with varying cardiac and musculoskeletal comorbidities, which gave him a special insight into the importance of quality of care.​

Stephen has a Bachelors degree in Science, Sports and Exercise from the Western Sydney University.​

Personally, he is passionate about sports and physical wellbeing and currently he is focused on being an incredible new father to his young family.​
