  • Phase 1: Online pre-work to gain an understanding of current knowledge level
  • Phase 2: A full day virtual workshop centred around care, wellbeing, and performance
  • Phase 3: A follow-up 3-hour virtual workshop to evaluate and reflect on how the workshop
    actions were put in place.

Are there any prerequisites?

No prerequisites are necessary, but a working knowledge of rostering will be beneficial. 

Are there readings or pre-work required?

You will need to complete a pre-work webform and submit at least 3 days in advance of the first
workshop. The form will be sent to you at the time of your registration.
