Joyce Boon
Head of Client Services
Joyce was promoted to Head of Client Services in June 2022, ensuring Mirus’ clients have an exceptional implementation experience through professional project management and excellent client care. Prior to that she was Manager–Workforce (Implementation, Project Management and Consulting). Before joining Mirus Australia, Joyce was Management Consultant at EY and Finance Associate at Fuji Xerox.
Joyce holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from University College London (UCL) and an MBA from Macquarie Graduate School of Management (MGSM). She is also accredited in Project Management (PMP) and a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
