NWAU brings more clarity, but care min questions remain

Revenue management (starts at 0:09)

On March 29 2022, the Budget announced an AN-ACC NWAU starting price of $216.80. At this starting price, average resident AN-ACC funding is expected to be approximately $225 per day. Admissions management (starts at 2:14)

Occupancy levels stabilised over the month of March at 88.22% occupied bed days. Workforce management (starts at 2:30)

As we work towards the introduction of the average case mix adjusted care minutes, we saw modest gains in March across registered nurse (RN) minutes and direct care minutes, however agency minutes fell 23%.
